P2639 Mindflex

This is how you play Mindflex P2639 the Mattel Mindflex Game.

Putting on the Headset.

1. Place the P2639 Minflex headset like a band around your head, on the forehead above eye level. The forehead sensor is in the correct place only when the Mindflex Logo is positioned exactly over your left eyebrow, and the sensor under the log is resting flush against your forehead without any hair or other matter between your skin and the sensor.

2. Adjust the headset to a snug fit using the buckle provided.

3. Making sure that the sensors are flat against your skin attach the earlobe sensor clips to each earlobe.

4.Once the three sensors are in place run this simple test. Sitting very still turn the headset switch to the ‘ON" position. The headset red Power light should come indicating that your headset has been set up correctly.

Activating the console and starting a simple game.

1.Rotating the control knob move the blue fan nozzle to any one of the two start places marked with arrows. Having done that, now place the foam ball above the fan nozzle.

2. Turn on the console switch to the ‘ON’ position..

3. When turned on the console will say "Select Game" Now depress the WHITE SELECT button till you hear the name of the game you wish to play.

4. Press the GRAY ‘ENTER’ button to confirm your game choice. For starters do this when you hear the first game name ‘FREE STYLE’.

Now that you have selected a game you can test your brain power. The ‘FREE STYLE’ game is good for any first timer to get the knack of controlling the ball.

Look at the ball and concentrate on it, you will see the ball slowly rise. The more you concentrate the higher the ball will rise, floating above the air stream from the air nozzle.

Slowly relax the ball will descend, relax completely and the ball will come to rest on the mouth of the nozzle.

When the ball is floating you can move it around by using the console control knob to direct the air stream from fan nozzle to the right or to the left.

Practice till you have no problem raising or lowering the ball by alternating your mind concentration and relaxing it. Then you are ready for the obstacles.

If you have trouble getting the ball to rise or descend, please consult the manual and the FAQ’s that have come with the game.
